This page explains, in plain terms, how JAFLI — developed and operated by Excellence AI — collects, uses, and protects your information when you sit exams through the JAFLI exam portal.

We collect the account details you or your institute provide (such as your name, national ID, and phone number), your exam sittings, your answers and scores, and technical details needed to run and protect an exam session (such as your IP address and device information), in order to operate the exam portal and issue certificates.

Your information is stored securely and is only shared with the institute you are enrolled with and the staff who administer your exams and certificates. We do not sell your information to third parties.

You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time from Profile in the JAFLI mobile app, and your institute administrator carries it out — see Account & Data Deletion below. You can also ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it on your behalf, by contacting your institute administrator, who can escalate the request to JAFLI support.
